THE TIRTSCHKE MURDER.
Received, March 24, 12.40 a.m. MELBOURNE, March 23. The High Court has fixed next Wednesday in Sydney for the hearing of an application of Colin Ross for leave to appeal against the Full Court’s decision dismissing his former appeal against sentence of death for the Tirtschke murder.
