GENOA CONFERENCE.
MR. LLOYD GEORGE MUST ATTEND. Received March 23, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, March 22. Mr. Chamberlain, replying to a question in the Commons, said Cabinet did not intend to consider the question of Mr. Lloyd George attending the Genoa Conference. It would be a misfortune for other countries besides Britain if Mr. Lloyd George did not attend.
