(Per Press Association.) GISBORNE, March 23. When the case of Paterson v. the National Piano Company, Auckland, claim for £3OOO damages, was called on this morning, Mr Myers stated that a settlement had been reached. The defendant company agree to the payment of a certain sum, which has been considered satisfactory to both parties. The jury were discharged.
