BARQUE'S EVENTFUL VOYAGE.

Received March 23, 7.45 p.m. LONDON, March 22. The barque Garthpool, from New South Wales, arrived at Deal after an eventful passage. The skipper had a seizure in the chart-house on 30th November and died on December 4th. A gale tore the sails and burwarks away. In response to distress signals the barque was tow’ed to Weymouth and later to Deal.
