ENGINEERS’ LOCK-OUT.
NO UNEMPLOYED INSURANCE. Received March 14, 8.45 p.m. LONDON, March 14. The locked out engineers are not entitled to unemployment relief under the Unemployment Insurance Act which provides that an insured contributor who loses employment owing to a trade dispute in a factory in which he works shall be disqualified from receiving benefits.
