PICTURE CENSORSHIP APPEAL BOARD.

The vacancy on the Picture Censorship Appeal Board, caused by the death of Mrs. A. R. Atkinson, has been filled by the appointment of Mrs. K. Preston, a lady who has been prominently connected with the work of various women's societies. The board now comprises Mesdames Righton and Preston, and Mr. H. M. Gore.
