FIRE AT TE KUITI.
(Per Press Association.) TE KUITI, Jan. 7. The biggest fire in Te Kuiti for over six years occurred at 2 a.m., when a ten-roomed boardinghouse, owned and occupied by Mr J. Cowper, was burnt to the ground. The occupants escaped in their night attire. Nothing was saved.
