BERLIN EX-SOLDIERS.

DISORDERLY DEMONSTRATION. BRUSSELS, July 29. Dissatisfied ex-soldiers made a disorderly demonstration, broke through a cordon of police, and* entered the Chamber during a sitting. The President failed to restore order, and his colleagues crowded round his chair and defended the President wj£h their fists. After speeches, which were loudly applauded, the demonstrators left, the Chamber and repeated the demonstration in the Senate.
