ALLEGED MANSLAUGHTER.
(Per Press Association.) ROTORUA, July 30. At the Magistrate’s Court, before Mr. Kenrick S.M., Tuawaiki Matehaere was charged with the manslaughter of Tengae Hunia, on April 26th. It. was alleged that during a row among Maoris in a street accused pushed Hunia. who fell, striking his head on the asphalt. The hearing was adjourned till. Monday for further evidence.
