FIRE AT A TANNERY.
(Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 29. A hie occurred early this morning in the Woolston tanneries warehouse in the centre of the city. The damage to t'he building is estimated at £5OO and to the stock and contents £5OOO. The losses are covered by big insurances. The building was owned by W. H. Frith, Oamaru. i
