SB4ND NATIONAL SCRATCHINGS. (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 29. All Over, Ruddy, and Omahu were scratched for all engagements at the Grand National Meeting at 2.30 p.m. today. N.Z. COURSING MEETING. (Per Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, July 29. The New Zealand Waterloo Cup coursing meeting opened here to-day underfavourable weather conditions, and some fine courses were witnessed. The winners in the second round were Mons Bills, Gift Salvador, Silent "Wave, Gay Lad, Gloaming, Australia Cadet. Bijou Girl, Some Hope, Seaplane, Castle Isle, and Master Commoner. The meeting continues on Friday and Saturday.
