HISTORIC STEAMER'S FATE. Received 10.30 p.m., Jan. 30. LONDON, Jan. 28. ■ The steamer River Clyde was auctioned at London and was sold to Spanish buyers for £11,500 sterling. The steamer lies at Malta. The scheme to use her as a show ship has been abandoned.
