Plans have been prepared for a memorial obelisk to be erected at HareSeld Parish Church to 110 Australians Juried in the churchyard. The plinth bears the Australian army emblem on ■>ne side with two fern leaves on the jther together with the inscription: -To the glory of God who giveth us the d victory, and in memory of the brave f. Australian soldiers, who. after taking t part in the great war. now rest in Hare- s ; field’s Church. This memorial is erect- t Jed >y Sir Francis Sewdegate, Governor i z of Tasmania.” h
