(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, January 28. The Government meteorologist reports: Present indications are for freshening north-easterly to southeasterly winds. Weather warm and sultry, with increasing Ifaze anc. cloudiness, especially in northern districts. Barometer unsteady in the south, but falling in the north for storm area now developing to (he north-west of the Tasman Sea.
