GISBORNE, Dec. 6. At the Supreme Coui't, Pera* Aparahama was convicted of the theft of £25, and ordered to come up for sentence when called upon, Frank Edwards, charged with theft of bicycles, was sentenced to 18 months' imprisonment and declared an habitual criminal.

Henry Curry was committed to Supreme Court for sentence on a charge of bigamy. He admitted that in Christchurch, two and a-half years ago, he married Emily Charlotte Burrell, while he had a wife alive in Sydney. •
