TAG FOR A PIECE-BAG
A great deal of time and trouble are saved in the workroom if a piecebag, containing useful cuttings and left-overs of material, is kept in the work-cupboard aua tagged in the following v/ay. On the outside of the bag fasten the largest procurable sofety-pin, and to this attach samples of eveiy remnant that goest into the bag. Thus the dressmaker ican know at a glance just what materials the bag contains without the trouble of rummaging to find out. As each left-over place is used up, its corresi ponding sample should be removed from the safety pin.
