Wanganui, in an action between the above parties, all that the estate, right, title and interest of Jesse James Hills of Palnierston North, Farmer, as mortgagee under Memorandum of Mortgage No. 92442 securing the principal sum of £2624 payable on the Ist day of April 1920 by mortgage of the Grown Lease of Section 1 Block I Nukumaru Survey District containing 2185 acres (subject to a prior mortgage securing £1450 to the State Guaranteed Advances Office Superintendent), will be sold at the suit of the above-named David Middleton Picard by Public Auction by Messrs Hicks and Bull, Ltd., at their auction onart, situate in Ridgway Street, Wanganui, on Tuesday the 23rd day of December at noon.
