REACHING A CLIMAX,

LONDON, Nov. 29. Everyone is alertly expecting a mild revolutionary outbreak in Ireland. The authorities and the majority of people almost hope the climax will come soon. Lives will be lost and property destroyed, but the outbreak will mean that the extremists are reaching the end of their resources. In connection with searches for firearms, the Irish volunteers now form a compact secret society. Four regiments, completely equipped and officered exist in Dublin alone, -and their strength elsewhere is proportionate. Members and officials of the Dailerann are forced to take a seditious oath prescribed for volunteers. The authorities Relieve that the Sinn Fein, despite the bludgeoning of moderates, are increasingly antagonistic to Labourites, farmers, and small shopkeepers.
