COPENHAGEN, September 2
At the trial of a German1 countess and a doctor, charged with smuggling jewels, the prosecution will demand the confiscation of the jewels, which are valued at £400,000 sterling. Accused denied possession of the jewels until the police found them in the countess' handbag.
