AUCKLAND, Sept. 2
At the Supreme Court, Albert David Prosser, on a re-trial on a charge that he caused actual bodily harm to Albert Hine in circumstances'which, had death ensued, would have been guilty of manslaughter, was found not guilty and discharged. The accused, when riding a motorcycle, ran into a cc-mpany of senior cadets, seriously injuring the boy Hine.
