Jarvis, R. Edgar, and A. Hickford for licenser to cut flax on Crown Lands, blocks 4 and 8, Manganui S.D., and 126, Kaitieke S.D. —It was resolved to invite tenders for licenses to mill this flax in two lots at an upset royalty of 6s per ton on output of green flax. The board is requested to cancel permit given to E. E. Bacon to occupy from year tc year 1 rood of block 12, Kaitieke S.D., and to issue a fresh permit to Mis R. A. Williams at the same rental, namely 10s ! per annum. The Horowhenua County Council submits schemes for expenditure of "thirds," etc., accrued to the council to March 31st, 1919, amr nting to 3s 4d. The Petone Borough Council submits scheme for expenditure of "thirds," etc., accrued to the council to March 31st, 1919, amounting to £35 5s Bd. Ohakune Borough Council submits scheme for expenditure of "thirds." etc., accrued to the counci1 to March 31st, 1919, amounting to £82 11s lOd.
