THE COLOUR BAR CONDEMNED.

CAPETOWN, May 8
The first Trade Union Congress in the Cape province sitting at Capetown, passed a resolution by 61 votes to one, that the colour bar in trade unions is wrong in principle and unjust in practice. No differentiation should be tolerated on account of nationality, colour, creed or sex.
