SYLVIA PANKHURST'S LATEST.
LONDON, May 6. Sylvia Pankhurst was charged at Bow Street with obstructing the police. She claimed the right to enter the House of Commons. Mounted polke dispersed a procession en loute from Hyde Park, the object of which was ti» protest to members of the House of Commons against wars with Russia and Hungary, and to demand the introduction of the Soviet system in England. She declared the dock workers in London were working harder than ever during war time, shipping ammunition to Russia. Pankhurst refused to t»e bound ever, and was subsequently discharged.
