j The "New York Times' " Paris 'correspondent interviewed members of the French Foreign Office and learned that the Peace Treaty with Germany will contain a clause whereby Germany agrees with the settlement the Allies are making with Ausitrla, Bulgaria, Turkey and Hungary. | Minor treaties with other enemy I countries will be made afterwards.
The "World's" Paris representative says. The treaty will not include prohibition of the use of submarines.
