A HANDLEY-PAGE MACHINE
CRASHES
FIVE PASSENGERS ROASTED TO
DEATH.
LONDON, May 4. A big Handley-Page machine left the aerodrome at Andover with seven passen ejers, with the object tf practising night-flying. It stopped in mid nir, owing to engine trouble, and crashed to the ground. Colliding with a shed, it overturned, and took fire. Five of the occupants were killed, the victims being pinned under the machine anioroasted to death. The survivors were badly burnt.
