There was a brilliant gathering at the Royal Academy banquet. The Prince of Wales, i:i responding to a toast, dwelt on the effect of the war upon art. He paid a tribute to camouflage. He touched upon the housing problem, which must be faced boldly and solved. Oth «r speakers were Admiral Wemyss, Sir Douglas Haig, and Mr. Churchill.
