FINNS CAPTURE PETROGRAD.
BOLSHEVIK RULE ON VERGE OF
COLLAPSE.
Received May 4, 5.5 p.m. ' LONDON, May 3. It is reported that the Finns have captured Petrograd.
The "Morning Post's" Stockholm correspondent states: Information has been received from a trustworthy source via Helsingfors that the Bolsheviks have evacuated Petrograd and ordered the entire population to leave. They cleared out stocks of every description. It is significant that the Bolshevists are suppressing all news regarding Olonetz. A prominent Russian scientist who has. arrived at Helsingfors declares that Bolshevist rule is on the verge of collapse.
