CLEARING HUGE MINEFIELD.
LONDON, April 22
Admiral Strauss, Commander of ti.e American Mine Force, will arrive *nimediateily and will undertake the removal of the minefield he laid between the.Orkneys and Bergen, consisting of 57,000 mines, which were manufactured in America and conveyed to the ]Sorth Sea in 56 steamers, of which only ono was torpedoed. The clearing of the mine-field will occupy four months.
