GERMAN DELEGATES' ARRIVAL
AT VERSAILLES ON 28TH INST,
(Received April 23, 8 p.m.)
Paris, April 22. Ifoch has received a German note announcing that Erockdorg, Lanst>erg and Giespert (Ministers), and 1-einert (President) of the Prussian Assembly, with Professor. Schuckllng, have been appointed plenipotentiaries. They will arrive at Versailles on. the 28th, accompanied by a staff of seventy-five.
