Received April 23, 1.20 a.m. LONDON. April 22
Tiiough the situation in J3gypt is outwardly quiet, further disorders are feared. The Twenty-sixth Division, from the Dobrudja, has been sent to reinforce General Alienby. This enables him to recommence leave and demcbiilsation of troops, particularly Australians and New Zealanders, who volunteered to stay wnen English women and children were endangered a month ago. The Australians and New Zealanders behaved with splendid public spirit, realising the necessity for their retention.
