Mr Sydney M. Davis, of Messrs Freeman It. Jackson and Co., is returning to Wanganni on Feb. 25th. Mr A. E. Rankin, local manager fur Mason, Struthers and Co., Ltd., is •transferring to Christchurch to relieve Mr W. Morley, general manager, who is leaving for 'America per g.s. " Niagara." Mr. J. R. Sutherland, the Harbour Board's foreman, left for Auckland on Wednesday to act as one of the assessors at the official demonstration of the newly-invented Walter's diving suit, which is to take place outside Auckland harbour on Saturday. . Mrs J. C. Taylor and Miss A. Davis leave tot-day by the mid-day train, en route for the.Old Country.
