GERMANY WANTS TO DICTATE.
LONDON, Jan.." 21. An Amsterdam message states that til© German Government has instructed ts delegates to the Peace Conference to work for th e abolition of all economic •warfare. Agreements must immediately be made concerning imports of raw materials and 'foodsl-uffs. Germany is ready.to disarm by land, sea and air, but Germany's rights within the scone of President Wilson's programme must be recognised. Germany recognises the great principle of the peoples' freedom of self-determination, especially with regard to Poland and Alsace-Lorraine. Tho delegates must work for a League of Nations- The Government is organising two armies under Hiudenburg to meet the Polish invasion. Yon Quosfc commands in West. Prussia, and Yon Woyfsck in Silesia.
