THE ANNUAL GATHERING.

The Wanganui Caledonian Society's sports were held yesterday on Cook's Gardens.' in fine and warm w«ai.h;-r. There "was ti very fine programme, which was graUy enjoyed by vie spectators, and there was excellent competition in tha various events.
