NISED.
January 22, 7.45 p.m PARIS, January 20
The conference of Allied Ministers has received a statement from M. Noulens,, the French ambassador in Russia, concerning the situation of the Slaveans. They were formerly inclined to view the Bolshevist policy as not dangerous, but events latterly have changed his view. It 'may be assumed that his evidence will carry considerable weight. It will be the most recent which the Conference will be able to obtain on the Russian situation.
