Received 12.20 a.m., January 23. COPENHAGEN, January 20. It is estimated /-hat ninety per cent., Of the electorate in Berlin voted. Soldiers and women were particularly eager. There is no doubt about the Government, victory. There were a fewdisturbances, but the .Sparticists made ' numerous efforts to destroy ballot ■boxes. Owing t<s the enormous number of voities the result will not Le known before Tuesday.
