A message from Th^ Hague says that Dr. Liebknechr, the leader of the German extremists, admits that Lenin, tb*> Russian Bolshevik leader, promised th > Spartactis Party food and an army of 3,000,000 "to fight against the oommon foe, Anglo-Saxon capitalism."
