RESUMED
(Per Press Association,) CHRISTCHURCH, January 21
To-night Sir George Clifford, President of the New Zealand llacing Conference, received the following telegram from the Hon. J. G. Russell, Minister for Internal Affairs: "I have pleasure in informing you that Cabinet has agreed that racing shall be restored to it 3 full, -strength as from February Ist. You may therefore inform all interested clubs that their programmes -cart be at once prepared.
