WANGANUI OFFICER RECEIVES
THE D.S.O
LONDON, January 20
The D.S.O. has been awarded to Lieut. D. Kennedy, of the 2nd Battalion, N.Z. Rifle Brigade.
A bar to the Military Cross has been awarded to Lieut. A. S. Herbert, of the Otago Mounted Rifles.
(Lieut. Kennedy, before the war, was Wanganui manager for Dalgety and Co. He has already won the Military Cross.)
