THE COMING CLASH.
REPORTED TO BE IMMINENT
Received February 12 8.50 p.m. NEW YOHiv, I'oliruary 11. Tho communique received by Mr Baker, U.S. Secretary lor War, to-day reports that a big Germain offensive at several points on the West front is imminent. Germany is strengthening her West front troops from the Austrian and Russian fronts. There is great dissatisfaction in Austria owing to the despatch of Austrians to the West front.
