Swiss Socialists, in conjunction ■with the Zurich Workmen's Union, are planning a revolution on Bolshevik lines. They demanded that the Government withdraw compulsory civilian service; demobilise ths army before May Ist; and abolish the Federal Council's war pow,er*'; otherwise a general strike would be ordered..
