Under the War Precautions Act. two charges were preferred agaizist Mr. J. S. Catts of making statements at a public meeting likely to prejudice His Majesty's relations with foreign Powers. Mr Catts gave evidence that his speech really consisted of quotations from various papers, not expressions of his own opinion. The case was adjourned until Friday.
