MEETING OF GOOD TEMPLARS.

Tne meeting opened by tne singing o. c "Hail Our Brotherhood Feundati.ua," after \\'ich t>h e Rev. G. W. Blair jed in praper. During the evening, some eloquent addresses on temperance reform weiu given by the Hon. Gilbert Carson, M.L.C., Rev. G. W. Blair, and Mr \i. McCaul, president of the local League. Pianoforte duets were nicei.s played by Misses Walker and Foster, Songs (two) 'by Miss Elsie Dunbar, and one by 'Mr F. B. Clark; cornei solo, Mr A. Whitcombe, and flute sole by Master C. Foster. On th e niotio: of Mrs J. Grant, a hearty vote 01 thanks was accorded to all who had assisted. The singing of the National Antnem, and the Benedition, concluded an enjoyable evening. Mrs A. Whitcomlia and Miss': Foster, .made most pleasing accompanists.
