MUTINY AT COLOGNE.
TROOPS REFUSE TO GO TO
FLANDERS.

LONDON, Oct. 27. The "Daily Express's" Amsterdam correspondent' state's that 2000 infantry in Cologne barracks who were ordered to Flanders, mutinied. They disobeyed their colonel's orders, destroyed rifles and equipment, and stoned th* general commanding Cologne from'the barracks.
The mutineers were arrested, and 26 were court-martialled.
