BRAZIL TO FIGHT GERMANY.
WAR DECLARED.
LONDON, October 26. Brazil has declared war on Germany.
RIO DE JANIERO, October 26
The President of Brazil sent a message to Congress stating that the sinking of the Makai compels Brazil to become a belligerent. He requests Congress to authorise the seizure of a German warship anchored at Bahia a:-d the internment o* the crew, together with the crews of German merchantmen.
