. At the adjourned inquest concerning the death of Neil jfeter Neilsen, L™ay surfaceman, no evidence was adduced to show how the accident really occurred, and no one seemed to be aware of the fact that a man had been run over. ■
After a short retirement the jury fe lg *hV^ t^ following verdict;— i -vi 11 , deceased was accidentally killed by the down train from Hawera. to Wanganuf on th e 16th instant, and that there Avas no blame attachable
