THE MOSCOW CONFERENCE.
PETROGRAD, September 2. Newspapers state that an inti-revolu-tion plot; was discovered at Petrograd while the Moscow Conference was sitting. The leaders include well-lfriown politicians and several officers. Several have been arrested, mostly cv.tside of Petrograd.
WASHINGTON, September 2. The Russian Embassy has been informed that the Moscow Conference has agreed to a programme which recognises the necessity cf concentrating on the winning of the war, the establishment of a strong centralising power, the indivisibility of Russian territories and nationalities. It wa6 also agreed to give unanimous support to the Provisional Government.
