A WISE PRECAUTION.
DEALING WITH SHIRKERS. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 3. A Gazette Extraordinary provides that married men of military sfge failing to support their families will not receive the benefit of classification according to the number of children. Under the new regulations men not supporting their children will be placed in Class Al, the same as married men without children.
