GERMAN COLONIES.
ENEMY'S FUTURE WAR ASMS.
(Times.) LONDON, Sept. 3
The German press is giving prominence to the fate of German colonies. In connection therewith, Berr 'Zimmermann defines the war aims 61 the future. Germany should array Central and South America against Anglo-Saxonism. Therefore Germans not emigrating to German colonies should be made to emigrate to those regions, instead of Australasia, North America and South Africa. The "Berliner TageMatt" emphas.ises-the great value of New Guinea arid Samoa to Germany and a natural outlet through Turkey. Moreover, New, Guinea and Samoa, would-be easily defended by U boat bases there. He concludes: If at the outbreak of the war we knew what we know now we would certainly have had a greater number of U boats in the Pacific, and things would have been veyy different. . •' I
