Stent' who has been appointed to the Eastbourne Parochial District. Mr. Walk'e was formerly a student of Queen's College, .Birmingham, and in 1906 was ordained by the Bishop of Worcester to a curacy in Shropshire. It. was unanimously decided at the annual meeting to present him with an illuminated address setting forth the valuable services he-had rendered to the company. The chairman stated that he was one of the first who started the factory 22 y,e'ars a^o, and was the last of the original shareholders to retire.
