ADDRESS BY "MR LEONARD ISTIT, M.P. •

To-night at 8 o'clock, in the Opera House, Mr. Leonard Isitt, M.P. for Christ-church, the well-known prohibition champion*, will address the people of Wanganui on the question of six o'clock closing.

Since the great petition was .presented to Parliament, public interest has been so focussed on six o'clock closing as to make it a burning question. Mr Isitt's position is well known, and his exceptional talents as a platform speaker ensure for him a large attendance. Mr Isitt will address the railway workers, at Eastown at noon today.
